Possibly command format is incorrect.
There are of generic commands? at least to see if I'm wrong command, or the device does not work.

There are no generic commands. You have to get ones for your particular device. You can try to search for other GT02A users on forum or github and ask them.
Hello, I recently purchased a GT02A device, I tried to enter a Pin code no card in the device, the LEDs seem all correct, if I try to call the device the phone rings, but any command I send text messages, never answers , does anyone know how I can get him to talk to me? XD
