GPS 103 GPRS Off issue

We recently tried replacing 2G (GPRS) SIM cards with 4G SIM cards on GPS103. On sending SMS to the device, the GPRS is reported OK but the status of GPRS is seen OFF... we are not getting data on the JAR file used for communicating to the Database

Friend, it is likely that the telephone company does not work with the same form as with the 2g and therefore does not connect your equipment, prube changing the SIM for another company.
