GPRS link down

I have concox GT06N devices and I created a tracking platform then I uploaded traccar in a subdomain so that I can send the gps data to my platform through Traccar server but no data sent, it always sends me GPRS: link Down
even though I use M2M sim cards
please is there a solution?

Have you followed the troubleshooting guide?

unfortunately I found problems when uploading traccar in the subdomain it does not work, locally it works
can I perform tests even if traccar only works locally

It should work just fine on a subdomain if you configure the proxy correctly. But it has nothing to do with device connection.

• Please is there any guide for proxy configuration?
• When Traccar is running on subdomain and I face the same problem with the connection between gps and traccar subdomain is there any solution?
