Well after too many time and test I found the sms configuration to use this tracker in traccar, and is this:
first must configure the admin number (before doing nothing): 000#mobile number with country code)#(second admin number)#(third admin number)
then the APN: APN#provider apn#user#pass# (allways put the user and password of your apn provider)
then to use it on your traccar server: domain#(ip or domain name#5023# (5023 is the port for this device use the gt06 protocol)
note: you must have enable and configure lbs on your config file.
and then wait for a few seconds and the decive is online, but there is one problem and maybe someone can help with this, the device reports position every 10 seconds but the precision is about 1km, maybe something i am missing.
As far as I know, GF09 is using LBS and WIFI to locate the position. Hence, the precision is not as accurate as GPS signal.
