Getting error while starting the server

I am facing following issue.

Are you using the latest version without any customization?

I am using 4.3 version with some customisation. It was working with existing customisation and I needed more but after that, it showed this error and now it got stuck. I am not able to resolve it.

Next time please be clear upfront that you're asking about a custom version.

There was default.xml parsing issue. It was my bad.
