You don't need to modify anything to see fuel info, but reporting options are quite limited at this stage.
As for update interval, it depends on your requirements.

Depends on what exactly you want to see. If you just want to know level at a particular time, then it's already possible. If you want something more complicated, then you need to modify/add reports.
By the way, reports are in plans for Traccar. It's one of the highest priority items in the backlog.
and last one. what about alarm like engine statue alarm if we use OBD gps ?is this something server can show?
also is server compatible with sms server in order to get notification on any alarm status?
Alarms should be available in the next release.
Traccar can send email notifications. Then you can use some third party service to convert that email into an SMS if you need.

in order to use gps with fuel option should we modify code on server?if No could you please tell me which part of menue on software we can see this report?
