You just need to make an exception for Traccar process or explicitly specify ports that you need to be open.

Anyone that knows how to get Traccar to communicate through Eset Smart Security.
It has overtaken the windows firevall and changes has to be done there.
I have Windows 7 premium 64 on my computer.
