Experience exchage for Traccar admins specific to Romania

Hello !

I am using with success Traccar server for some time and I am interested to exchange experience with other traccar servers admins located in Romania for specifics like:

  1. Local prepaid GSM SIM cards for data/SMS low traffic volume and long expiration (or no expiration)
  2. Local HTTP/HTTPS links for POI in KML formats for specific thinks
    ex. gas stations, working hours, e.t.c.
    Please don't post general POI in various formats... I now how to use google :(
  3. Local exchanges for SMS traffic related to traccar notification for backup/redundancy
