indeed, my concern is the following. I had a problem with my database and I decided to recreate it.
after having created a new db that I named (traccar) I reconfigure traccar.xml with the new parameters and restart the service but they were not created automatically and the application does not work anymore (the webpage could not be loaded because net :: error_connection_refused)
the logfile does not signal any event
