Why are you using port 5004? Why are you not using Wialon port?
I use the pureto 5004 because from what I could see it emulates a gl200 that according to the protocol the port is 5004

It shows gl200 because you are using port 5004. Traccar won't automatically detect protocol for you. You have to do it youself.
I also don't understand logic. You picked port 5004 because it shows gl200 in the log, but it can't show gl200 in the log until you actually configure device. So this still doesn't make any sense to me.

He conseguido emular vehiculos con el software Packet Sender, es muy facil, solo debe instalar el programa, apuntar a su ip y al puerto correspondiente del vehiculo que va a hemular, luego baje los protocolos de comunicacion y copie y peque el string y lo veo en la plataforma.

Buenas Noches a todos, tengo el simulador de eventos de Wialon ISP, lo contengo configurado con la ip de mi servidor y el puerto 5004, id del dispositivo 100621 y no logro ver el dispositivos en el traccar, esto es lo que me llega:
