E-mail notifications delay

Hi,

I am receiving all email notifications at a certain time every day. Is there any way I can adjust it to send the email notification in real time?

What setting do I adjust?

Maybe it's https://app.mailjet.com/ that could be delaying. I noticed that no emails are sent during the day but when 10pm local time arrives, all emails are sent.
