does "totaldistance" will reset when device remove and reconnect to vehicle?

What will happen to the "totaldistance" attribute when i disconnect and reconnect device to the same vehicle? Will it reset "totaldistance" or continue accumulating with "totaldistance" value?

Nothing happens. It keeps accumulating.
