Maybe the timestamp is wrong? Check the time you see in the popup.
i dont see any time at the popup, but yes the time is wrong because when i see the day log its wrong the hours.
But on the GPS the time is ok, i already check and on the server also have the correct time, i need to change any config file??
If you don't see it in the popup, first enable it in settings.
Traccar expects UTC time from devices. If your device does not send UTC, you likely need to add timezone to the config file. This has been discussed many times on the forum.
For Example i have
serverTime Server Time 2023-03-05 12:54:02
deviceTime Device Time 2023-03-05 12:54:02
fixTime Fix Time 2023-03-05 16:40:01

The easiest option is to configure your device to report UTC time.

Those are all good questions to your device vendor.
As I said earlier, the alternative is to configure device timezone in the config.
No, you can either configure UTC on the device. Or you can configure the timezone to match your device in Traccar config.

In Traccar live it does not update the GPS location, but if I try to see the GPS route of the day in the history it shows it perfectly.
