Device or data packet lost - MV710G

Greetings to all,
I hope for your help. I have a problem with a Micodus MV710G. It works without issues on the demo3.traccar platform. However, when I set the IP address of my own platform, the device no longer works. Same name, same ID, same port. No logs, no data packets... nothing. It's registered in the SQL but there are no further logs. We are working with Traccar for Windows, and I installed the latest version yesterday. More than 30 tracker other types works on it. MV710, too, but it's the first MV710G.
Any ideas?

Hi Anton,
thanks for your reply. I did all in the troubleshooting. The device works on your demo3 server. It don`t work on my own server. More than 30 tracker works without issues on my own plattform, also MV710 but not this MV710G. The server runs and is configured. In the logs is nothing, no ID, no unidentified data packet. It looks like the hardware firewall is blocking the incoming data packet. But why?
