Hi anton, i upgraded to version 4.2 and everything seems to work fine except 4 trackers which still offline, i have deleted and added them but nothing happens
trackers are from chinese manufactures GT02 with DYTECH protocol, before upgrading, those devices was configured with 5002 port and now i have tested all port numbers that i found on documentation for chinese clones but it still doesn't work
please find below a HEX msg from logs that i kept in backup before upgrading for one device (id : 355227044611101 )

Have you checked logs after upgrading? Have you followed troubleshooting?
thanks anton for your reply, yes i checked logs after upgrading and i didn't find recieved data for those trackers, it seems like the server can't communicate with them, as i said before i have deleted and added them by triying different port numbers i have also followed all instructions in troubleshooting section on the website, i have actually 24 online devices on the server that works well
I wonder if the protocol is still supported in this new version ??
previous version : 3.9
Even if protocol is not supported, you need to see HEX data. Follow troubleshooting guide.
