Device Offline problem not fixed in V4.11
What makes you think it's a server issue and not the device? If you think there's a bug in Traccar, you should create an issue on GitHub and provide appropriate evidence, like logs.

My server running perfectly. In device section it shows device Offline frequently. But my device received last update 0 minutes ago.
I know this is a known issue by Anton.
Please fix this on next update.
