What server are you using?
Well I just tried a windows installation on a WIN7 machine. I also tried to use an android emulator with localhost settings following your video example, but still not receiving any location.

For Traccar Client the port is always 5055. Doesn't matter what device you are using.
I would recommend GPS provider. And you also need to set GPS location for the emulator.

You can do it from Android Device Monitor. In Android Studio:
Tools -> Android -> Android Device Monitor
Well I use YouWave emulator. Do you have in mind any solution for this emulator?
Using the settings of the android OS, there is an option of Location services.
You definitely need to turn location services on Android itself, but I'm not sure how location providers actually work on your emulator.
For windows smartphones do you provide a client so to make an istallation?
There is no official app for Windows Phone yet. There are some third party apps that you can try, but I can't guarantee the quality.
In case the server is ok I have to make port forwarding so to see the server WAN.
Do I have to use an IP with a port?
eg myIP:5055?

This pc is running in a lan network, with this ip 192.168.2.4, and need to see this IP from WAN.

The device is a Samsung mobile phone and it seems to post data.
