Device Event Change from Device Moving to Device Stopped to 5 minutes instead of 10 Minutes

Is there a value I can switch in the traccar config file to reduce the time it takes for a deviceMoving event to go to deviceStopped. I believe the current time is 10 minutes. I would like it to be 5 minutes. I didn't see it in the config but I may have missed it. I'm using version 3.15
