Good evening community, I have several devices with H2 Sinotrack ST-901M, Device always shows ignition on in pop-up window
Ignition always on
When the device does send the events (On-Off) to power on. Reviewing the events shows that if the power on and off was executed and the server receives it correctly or so it appears. Image attached.
On Off Events
Could this be a mistake or mistake made by a filter? The devices show me in unknown state and in real state off but in the pop-up window it always shows ignition on.
Have you checked the data that your device is reporting?
If the, the device sends the ignition off event,
I don't think it's an answer to my question. I'm talking about the raw data from your device.
