After testing one day you should know if it works i guesse.
By the way you never replied on this thread: https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/sinotrack-tl-906-high-data-usage-with-hologram/
Which you should do so others could benefit from your findings when they have the same issue.
I don't remember exact limit, but there is a limit.
okay i just want to check. thanks for the reply
so you are saying i should test for one day and stop using the demo server? i did not know the limitations of the demo server hency why im asking.
on the topic of the other thread i never got a notification of the responses after my last reply. i ended up returning the sinotrack and bought a second one which has worked perfectly since.
@Alex
What i actually thought is that just testing a device on a demo server will give you very limited info. Sure you can see if it is online and get route info and reports. But basicly within one day you should get the same info as what you get in one week or month.
For testing i would think running your own server would be more appropriate since you would have acces to more info such as the database etc. But that is just my opinion.
On the other thread i can see that it leads to nowhere. There are lots of threads on the forum where there is no actual conclusion or follow up from the person who start the threads. Thats a pitty and degrades the search results on the forum.
Is there a 1500 update limit per device on the demo server? I’m just using the demo to test and I get a device that gets to 1500 updates and it stops reporting till next day
