That's not an official Traccar app, so you need to contact the author to see if he is willing to provide a custom build of if the source code is open.

I am currently working on an official Traccar app for android. It will be available soon:

what if you create an android app for customer to monitor individual vehicle or a group of vehicles he owns...?
