Custom value in state table for address

Is it possible to display a defined name for an address. For example if I lived at "123 Something Road" instead of showing the address "123 Something Road" could you have it so address = "Home"

What do you mean by possible? Obviously there's no such specific functionality at the moment, but it's certainly possible to implement.

Thanks for the reply, would you be able to suggest how this can be done using opencage for the reverse geocoding or point me towards some documentation. Could it be done by changing the value within the cache

There is documentation on how to checkout and build the code. Obviously there's no documentation specific to what you want to implement.
