Cradlepoint IBR200 Setup

Matt Harding5 years ago

Hi,

I have 6 devices reporting successfully to Traccar. They are all Cradlepoint IBR600C devices, using port 5005.

And I have 1 device that I cannot get to report successfully to Traccar. This is a Cradlepoint IBR200. I have tried ports 5005, 5118, and several others.

2020-03-13 22:09:02 INFO: [b636b6b9: t55 < 174.196.201.197] HEX: 2447504747412c3232303930312e30302c343235322e3636303536312c4e2c30373132382e3730373333362c572c312c30342c312e362c35312e322c4d2c2d33332e302c4d2c2c2a36370d0a

This appears to be the same format as the first line of the "successful" devices. So I'm assuming that port 5005 is correct, but that the device doesn't seem to be sending an identifier. (Sent in line $PCPTI of the successful message.) I've tried every "identifier" setting I can find from the Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager side.

My question is: Is my understanding correct, that the problem is it's missing an identifier?

Thank you very much.

If your device doesn't send any kind of identification it will definitely be a problem.
