Port is correct. Looks like your device just doesn't send any location data.

I am new to the tracking world, though an experienced linux / voip / routing engineer. I have installed a testing Traccar server actually running 7 devices. I would like to congratulate you for this wonderful tool. For sure you deserve some paypal$$ and I will requesting your services for branding and finetuning server before it goes live.
But I am currently facing an issue. I am using TK103B devices which turns to be using gt06 protocol on port 5023. I first installed version 3.10 and later upgrade to 3.11 but keep having the following regulars errors messages : "error - Connection reset by peer - IOException (...)".
I use MysQL database and my conf file look like default + little changes :

"Connection reset by peer" just means that device disconnected from the server.
