hi. after adding a Teltonika FMB120 box at http://demo.traccar.org/, I configured it to communicate with the Traccar server but the platform tells me that the box is offline. what to do ?

First of all, you should check / set APN and GPRS connection. You can do this with the getstatus command. If there is 0 next to GPRS, there is no internet.
