Commands via gprs to GPS RUPTELA

Greetings Anton! a question, do the custom commands work with GPS RUPTELA? I'm trying to send commands to my device via gprs, without success
What would be the correct way to send commands to my RUPTELA device?
I am using these instruction structures with HEX values
