Commands on ITS Protocol Device
ok found my command is getting converted to HEX. How can I send it in ASCII
HEX is just a data representation. It's not converted into anything.

I am sending commands, but the sent is not visible in logs nor able see any response. Can you confirm, is there anything we need to change.
I am using the modern UI.
