I noticed if we restart our server that is running traccar server, the Traccar Client on the iPhone goes offline. After our server is restarted, the traccar client remains offline until the user goes in and changes the server status.
Is there a way get the Traccar Client back online without requiring the user to turn it on manually OR is there a way to prevent it from going offline if the first place or to have automatic retries to get back online?
I doubt that it has anything to do with restarting server. It must be just coincidence.
If Traccar Client doesn't connect, it means that iOS system killed it for some reason. Possibly to free memory. You need to check system logs (on iPhone) to see why exactly it happened.
Oh ok. Thank you for pointing that out. I will check into that...maybe it happened when my battery went low. If I find out anything I will be sure to post it here.
