Client failed to send if switch network

i got issue when my phone switch network from WiFi to GSM or GSM to Wifi , client stop to send location and log showed many of

Send failed

i need to disable enable service to make it work again , any idea what should i do ?

Same problem here, client on smartphones working only on GSM data, when it's connecting to my WiFi i have same problem "Send failed"
Can anyone help us?
