Cheap tracker that supports "pause when parked"

Does anyone know any very cheap trackers with "less gprs" feature? Our vehicles are parked 90% of the time, and I only want them to send position when moving.

Some trackers have a feature that makes them stop sending position when parked for 5 minutes, and starts again automatically when moving.

Does anyone know any very cheap trackers (less than $30) which does this?

I know some devices that use protocol GT06 do that, but I don't know which specific models.
