Which file do I need to update in order to change the 8722227 for the client hidden version?

Just search for the number in the source code, and change it.

Excuse me, but the answer doesn't make any sense to me since the app is hidden from anywhere and can't be edited including changing the permission from the apps manager - it's simply doesn't shows up anywhere.
