Changelog...

Hi Anton,

I think there is a good idea if you could add a changelog about changes of new releases.
(improves, bugfixes, new services, etc)

I'm not sure if version 3.2 has enough improves that justify upgrade my actual 3.1. Perhaps i can't see all new features you had added.

If a changelog is updated each release, users can evaluate what version fits better.
