Maybe too much historical data associated with it?
One of the trackers was added on Friday.
Admin user is the first user. But I managed to remove the other trackers from it.
Just missed those 2 when I did it but been unable to remove them since then
What is the error you get when you try to remove those devices?
No errors, I untick the devices against the user close the devices dialogue. Nothing changes, I have rebootEd server stop start services, logged in and created other admins to do it.
You have to check API calls. Use browser developer console.

Can you check to see if the device you are trying to remove from them is assigned to a group? If so check if that user has access to that group

thats exactly what it was. i removed thos trackers from the groups and then they removed automatically from the user.
i have 2 admin users on my system 1 of them has every tracker assigned and the other should only have the ones that is assigned to them.
problem is there are 2 trackers I cant remove from that user. no matter what admin tries to remove them they wont remove.
any ideas anyone?
