Can't see the location of devices on the web

The server can receive the message.
There are records in the database.
But I can't see it on the web.And I can't see the devices.
My server-system is Ubuntu 12.04.
In the log,

2016-04-18 16:32:29  INFO: Query not provided: database.selectGroupPermissions

please help

There was as issue in the original installer. Please re-download version 3.5 again.
