Can't get the location when the app is in closed state?

I downloaded your client side code and change the code to get the data to my server. Its working fine when the app is in open state, when I closed the app I can't get the data. That's the issue. Help me to solve the issue brother.
I downloaded your client side code and change the sendRequest method in RequestManager to send the data to my server. I get the location perfectly when app is in open state. But I can't get the data when the app is in closed or minimize state. please help me to solve this.
i think you should manually opt out no restriction mode in battery option of your phone. that is settings -> battery -> choose apps -> traccar -> No restriction. then it will work properly.
