i have bought a gt02d locator, i have installed ip and domain port 5023 on the server but it does not work. They are all newly installed and I have added the device by imei number, but that does not work.
Now I need help, what do I do?

I do not see in the log file what? I opened the port tcp/udp 8081, 5001-> 5055. Can you help me.
I install the traccar then add the device as follows:
name: GT02D
Identifier: IMEI number tracker

On the device I configured the following:

#6666#IP#xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx#5023#
#6666#WZ#www.domain.com#5023#

Your device is using H02 protocol, so correct port is 5013, not 5023.
