can not see Real time movement on web interface traccar version 3.7

Ciao team support. I have an issue regarding real time monitoring. have install ubuntu server 14.04 LTS 64bit, Traccar server v3.7. i have 2 cell phones with traccar Client and a TK103B chinese make. all these gadgets show online status green (OK). PROBLEM I CAN NOT SEE THE REAL TIME MOVEMENT of all gadgets ON THE WEB GUI. unless i go to REPORTS to view the Routes.

Did you try all browsers? I had problems in IE, Chrome and Firefox works well.

Usually if you don't see locations on map, it means that WebSockets are blocked on your network.

You need to find what's blocking it. It can be anything from your firewall or your Internet provider.

Your TK103B uses H02 protocol, so correct port is 5013. Device id is 358511020011789.

Hello Anton,

How do i go about blocking other trackers connecting to my server? making the server busy!
Cause when i look through the Tracker Logs i see these ip address and the port of those foreign trackers that are trying to connect.

If you know block of IP addresses of your SIM card provider, you can allow only connections from those addresses in firewall. Can't really think of any other solution.
