C13 Tracker with 1nce SIM card

Dear form,

I have been trying for weeks to get my C13 GPS tracker to work, unfortunately without success. I use SIM cards from 1nce.com. When I send a SMS to the C13 I get no response. Therefore I have tried the following:

1. I put the 1nce SIM in a cell phone and send a SMS with "test". - Works. Then I sent an SMS back with "Response" - Works.
2. I put the SIM card from Telekom into the C13 and sent the following messages: "#apn#123456#iot.1nce.net" and "#check#123456" - Unfortunately here no answer.

What else can I test?
Has anyone the same problems?

Your SIM card must not have a PIN.

I assume you speak German.

I also use 1nce, but with trackers that don't need to be configured with SMS.
SMS works very well, in both directions.

I'm not sure, but I think you can see if your device is connected on the 1nce website.

first of all thank you for the quick response.

PIN:
I have inserted the SIM into a cell phone and could not detect any PIN lock. Also in the documentation of the SIM no PIN is mentioned. I think we can cut that out.

Version:
I have already found a lot of documentation.
My tracker came with this link http://qr61.cn/o7wHa2/qAH2jgt
On the first page it says "C13" and in the poor documentation the APN command "#apn#123456#APN" so I sent "#apn#123456#iot.1nce.net" to set my APN. - No response.
Using the link you gave me I created the following overview:

You can see my APN command does not exist in the list. So it seems to be an additional variant. Or maybe the documentation is wrong.
In the internet I have found I found a different APN command for the CJ720 "APN123456:iot.1nce.net". Also I have found that someone received an SMS after setting the APN with the content "APN OK".

Status:
From the 1nce website the following statuses are displayed:
SIM in cell phone - Green (online)
SIM in tracker - Yellow (attached)

The green LED flashes after I apply power to the tracker. Then a pause and after some time again.

Is there any SMS ping or does anyone have any idea how I can communicate with the tracker?

i know the 1nce sims cannot be sms'ed froma phone and you can only do it through the 1nce interface. best to use a normal sim to setup your device then put the 1nce sim in. i currenlty have 200 devices using 1nce sim and have all been initially setup using a normal sim then any alterations or queries done through 1nce web site
