Basic question on this device
Usually devices have SIM cards to connect to the Internet through GPRS. So, device connects to the server, not the other way around. Server just has to have public IP address to be accessible from Internet.

am very much new to this GPS tracker service, i want to know how this server contact the GPS device (compatible device)? is there any other additional hardware required to connect this to receive gprs message? Please explain how this tool contacts the device in car.
