What would be difference between Devices? What should i buy for reliable devices? Chinese devices ok?

Different devices have different capabilities. Quality also differs. If you want to go with cheap Chinese one, I would recommend to order a sample and test it.

Any device you can recommend for reliability?

I can't recommend anything because I rarely work with real devices, but you can search forum for recommendations.
