Apps doesn't register speed

I've installed the server program on my own machine and connected some phones with Traccar Client app (both iOS and Android).
I'm able to register and view position, altitude but speed doesn't work (indeed it works only if refresh time is 300 seconds).
Am I doing something wrong?

Have you changed accuracy to high? To get speed you need to use GPS (high accuracy option).
