Let's sort out some trackers that can connect to your domain.

ST-901 works well.
The TK-306 OBD also works.

What else?

GT02A GPS can connect to a domain.

ZX302 seems to work at the moment you send the domain name. But as soon the IP changes, doesn't work anymore. Need to resent the domain name.

ST901 connect to hostname (tested with dynamic Duck dns that points to a local Raspberry).
