Android Client Samsung A51. Say app is dangerous. And I cant connect to the server, say send failed.

Yes I have but it just say sending failed. And nothing in server log. For me the problem is what is needed in the traccar xml. Perhaps a lot is missing. I only added the enty key for the 5055
You don't need to add anything to the config file. If there's nothing in the log, you probably have incorrect URL configured.
It says connection refused when I do port check, so it seems to indicate that you haven't followed the troubleshooting guide.

Same result if I disable the FW
Solved. For some reason UFW did not allow the port. Fixed in iptables
Any hints about the above? Can the phone somehow block the transmission?
All settings seems ok, Switch off fw to be sure
