Over the weekend I was testing something with my device, and I needed to temporarily disable location services. It was only momentarily disabled, but now it's Monday morning and I just realised that my device isn't sending updates to Traccar.
I looked at the Traccar Android client and the service status was set to stopped.
Is there anything that could be done in future versions to ensure that the Traccar service does not stop just because location services was interrupted?
I really would like to have the Traccar client as something that can be set and forget.
We don't disable status, as far as I know.
You are right, apologies - I just tested turning off my location again and it did not affect the service status in the Traccar app.
It must have been stopped somehow, I don't recall even opening the app over the weekend so it shall remain a mystery. I'll keep an eye on it.
Regards
