advice for over speed sms notification

Hi everyone
i have smpp subscription and the most of the consumption goes for the speed limit notifications .
i setup a speed limit 120kmp so if the driver speed up for two minutes over 120 and the device update data every 5 seconds
the trigger working continuously and the total sms are around 24 sms or more if the car on the highway and driver keep driving for 30 min it will be a lot of sms
i know its the logic to works like this but any idea that can make it cost effective

Try settings event.overspeed.notRepeat boolean parameter in the config.

i got a good idea, tell the driver to keep it under the speed limit

well how do you deliver to them a warning or caution?
