Adding Connection Limit

Hi,

I have these devices that create very many TCP connections after a couple of hours. My GPRS network is quite poor in areas of device operation. Is there a way I can have the TCP connections timeout lets say after 5 mins (this is my device connection limit)?

Am using meiligao protocol, traccar 3.11 running on Ubuntu 14.04.
