add devices and ports

yes this i understand also. but for some reason all other users receives email notifications for my devices which not assign to them and they dont see them to the device list. this how can be happen?

im trying to add cantrack tk100 device, i test ports 5013 + 5023 + 5030 but seems not working.
to the logs i saw only this:

It just means your device is not reporting any GPS data.
yes this is because wrong protocol selection something i guess?
because to cantrack's platform works ok and reports everything.

I already told you which protocol is the correct one.
i use it as you said, 5013 protocol. and i receive only this above to the logs.
And what is the logical conclusion here? It's a device problem, not a server or protocol.
hmmm maybe you have right ok. can i ask also, maybe can be timezone issue? or need device to move to start sending gps? but if and without sending gps it should send Online status as to logs seems device connected to server right? or not?
the ALL DEVICES at the notification what means? because now i have assign devices to users, but all users receives email notifications for all devices even its not assign to his account.
