Is the updating accumulator functionality available for only Admin and manager users? I tried setting the total distance and total hours from the web console, and got a security exception Manager access required - SecurityException (PermissionsManager:178 < DeviceResource:92 < ...).
If this is the case, how do we set up service reminders based on distance and engine hours, if we can't sync the initial value of total distance with the odometer reading?
It's only available to admins. You don't need to sync initial value because you can set initial offset.
