Access token cancellation

Is there a possibility that only admin can create access tokens for all accounts but users can't create access token even for their own account

The goal is to establish a website on the basis of WordPress, each person has an access token for the traccar account, but I do not want users to be able to bypass and enter directly into the traccar account

Not possible out of the box.
