New devices do not come online

Thank you Anton for your response, but on the server that presents the problem we have about 2000 devices reporting, 90% of which are the same brand and protocol. Today when new devices of the same brand and protocol enter, these do not come online but the old ones that I was reporting do work optimally. Therefore, by looking at the troubleshooting guide we can deduce that the ports and configuration in general are correct.
When you take these devices and have them report to another server, they report without incident.
In conclusion, only the novelty with new devices is presented
Does the server have any limit on devices or information reception?
You should look at the logs. Pick a device, look at a single connection session for that device and compare the communication to what's expected by the documentation.
Currently it allows me to create devices but they do not come online, when creating them on a different server they report and log in optimally without incident. I tried to create a GPS that was already reporting well on another server and transferring it to the new server does not come online. What problem could it have?
